So here's how we work. We come and look. We tell you what it takes and what it costs. We don't pull faces, we don't lecture you, and we don't say a word to anyone. Not neighbours, not family, nobody.
You decide what stays and what goes. Nothing leaves the property without your say-so.

A private look through.
We come out, walk the property, and talk about what you want back. No pressure, no obligation. If you'd rather send photos first than have anyone walk in, that's completely fine and a lot of people start that way.

One fixed price.
You get a single price for the whole job, in writing, before anything starts. No hourly rate ticking over, and no surprises at the end.

Sorting, together.
We work through it with you at whatever pace suits you. Anything you want kept gets kept. Paperwork, photos and anything that looks valuable gets set aside for you, not binned.

Removal and disposal.
Rubbish out, loaded and taken away properly. Tip runs are part of the price, not an extra.

The deep clean.
Once it's clear, the real work starts. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls, surfaces, and odour treatment so it smells like a home again rather than a job.

Every property is different, so we build the scope with you when we come out. Most jobs include:
- A free, private on-site assessment
- Sorting alongside you, with nothing binned without your OK
- Full rubbish removal and tip runs
- Responsible disposal of everything we take away
- Deep clean of kitchens and bathrooms
- Floors, walls and hard surfaces washed down
- Carpet lifted and disposed of where it's past saving
- Surface mould cleaned
- Animal waste cleared and the area sanitised
- Odour treatment and airing out
- Photos, documents and valuables set aside for you
Being straight with you
What we don't take on
There's specialist work we won't pretend to cover, because doing it badly is worse than not doing it. We don't take on trauma or decomposition scenes, serious bodily-fluid contamination, properties with significant needle contamination, meth contamination, asbestos, or specialist mould remediation.
If that's what you're dealing with, call us anyway and we'll tell you straight and point you at someone who does it properly. We'd rather do that than take your money for a job we're not set up for.
Pest and flea infestations we handle slightly differently: get a pest controller to treat the property first, then we come in and do the clean.

Public liability and workers compensation, and we've confirmed with our insurer that it covers this kind of internal clean-up specifically. Ask us for the certificate and you'll get it.

Cairns based and employed by us, not subcontracted out to whoever's free that week. Up to four of us on site, and the same faces from start to finish.
